Terms of Service
Effective date: October 30, 2026
Our services
XXCELL Towing provides towing, vehicle transport, and roadside assistance in Bergen County, New Jersey, and other locations by arrangement. Service depends on vehicle condition, safe access, equipment, and availability. We do not provide pickups on the Garden State Parkway. For injuries or immediate danger, call 911.
Estimates and bookings
Website estimates are preliminary. Pricing depends on distance, vehicle condition, access, and the work required. We confirm pricing and availability before dispatch and discuss additional work if conditions differ from the information provided. Arrival times are estimates and may change with traffic, weather, or other calls.
Requesting service
A quote request or message does not confirm a booking. Service is confirmed directly with XXCELL Towing. Please provide accurate vehicle and location details and make sure you are authorized to request service. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change a request.
Messages
The website quote form can open your messaging app with a prepared request. You must press Send in that app to send it. Messaging or data charges may apply according to your carrier plan.
